Connect Your Students with McNair Scholars Program
Do you teach or mentor students who might be considering graduate school? The UO’s McNair Scholars Program offers eligible students grad school preparation, an application fee waiver, summer research funding, and access to workshops and seminars. Please share this slide with your class and support their continuing journeys in higher education. You can also nominate a student in your class, lab, or department with graduate school potential using this form. For information about eligibility requirements, visit the McNair Scholars webpage.
Units need to submit faculty-approved policy drafts to the Office of the Provost by the Feb. 22 deadline. It’s a great chance to get quick feedback or talk through any part of the process. For process-related questions, reach out to Denita Strietelmeier
