While you’re thinking about getting the lawn, gutters, and pool ready for the season, be sure to include other parts of your home that need periodic attention and maintenance:
Water Heater – Set it to a reasonable temp--120 degrees is a common setting.
Clear Slow Drains – Dirt, hair and other debris can collect and inhibit normal flow down the drain. Never used harsh chemicals to clear a clog.
Toilet Running Constantly? Toilets that run constantly (or frequently) need repair. This is normal, as the working parts of a toilet tend to wear out over time. This is an easy fix and can even be remedied on a DIY level.
