Collin College Awards Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract for Technical Campus Construction
Collin College recently awarded a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract to McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. for the construction of the new Collin College Technical Campus using the construction-manager-at-risk delivery method.
