Running Mamas Half Marathon Race Training
Training Dates: August 20th - November 6th
Race Goal: Raleigh City of Oaks Half Marathon on November 7th
Training schedule:
Saturdays, 7:30AM, White Oak Church Road Trailhead
(1305 White Oak Church Road, Apex).
Other optional group runs may be scheduled.
Sessions are designed to help you go from jogging about 3-4 miles (at any pace), to comfortably running a Half Marathon (13.1 miles), in approximately 3 months. Training plans are tailored to your ability level -- first-timers encouraged to join us! Advanced training is also available for experienced runners looking to improve their race time or set a PR.
