HACKS & CHOPS Last week, Natalie Scenters-Zapico, poet-in-residence in the Latina/o Studies Program, was on the panel “The Poetics of Anzaldúa in Contemporary Poetry” at the Association of Writers & Writing Programs Conference & Bookfair in San Antonio, Texas. Earlier this spring, Scenters-Zapico delivered a featured lecture and reading hosted by the M.F.A. program in creative writing at the University of Cincinnati and served as a member of the writing faculty for the Desert Nights, Rising Stars Writers Conference at Arizona State University.
