No Classes on June 21 in Observance of Juneteenth
In observance of Juneteenth, Illinois Tech offices and departments will be closed and classes will not be held on Monday, June 21. Sometimes referred to as Emancipation Day and Freedom Day, Juneteenth marks the date in 1865 when Major General Gordon Granger issued an order that forced Texas leaders to finally implement the Emancipation Proclamation more than two years after it was signed.

CPT Approval Deadlines for Non-Credit Internships in Summer 2021
International students who are planning to pursue non-credit internships this summer must submit their Curricular Practical Training (CPT) applications by the deadlines listed in the CPT summer 2021 internship timeline. Students can reach out to the Career Management Center at with any questions.
Make an Appointment for Online Academic and Career Advising
Stuart’s professional staff and faculty advisors are committed to helping you with academic and professional advising. Please make an individual appointment to meet with an advisor. Appointments will be conducted via phone, chat, or video conference (such as Google Hangouts Meet), whichever is most appropriate to the situation.

Free English Language Workshops this Summer
Would you like to develop your English skills this summer? English Language Services will offer free language workshops on a variety of topics in June and July for all members of the international community at Illinois Tech. Schedule and registration. Upcoming workshops:
