These leaders get to build relationships and share the gospel with middle schoolers – a unique group of kids who don’t see, feel or experience things in the same ways as high school students. So it is important that WyldLife team leaders understand how to meet middle school kids where they are.

New Staff Info: Training Department released this email regarding plans for New Staff Training. To ensure the safety of each training participant and because of the gathering restrictions in Oregon, the decision has been made to modify the timing and delivery of New Staff Training. Instead of holding New Staff Training in August 2020 at Washington Family Ranch, it is our desire that it will be held in January 2021 at a Young Life camp (yet to be determined). Registration will open July 15.  In addition to the January in-person training experience, we will deliver online content starting in September utilizing online course modules and virtually-delivered live instruction. More information about dates, location and cost will be sent as they become available.
