Alpharetta Advances Proposed Windward Mixed-Use Project |
The Alpharetta City Council recently advanced the plans for a mixed-use redevelopment at Old Morris Road and Morris Road that would upgrade a 15-acre office development into a mixed-use district with office space, retail and condominiums, marking another step forward in the evolution of North Fulton office properties.
| |
This growing trend of reimagining traditional office space creates more walkable, connected destinations that better serve the companies, employees, residents and visitors that frequent the development. As North Fulton continues to grow, projects like this help meet the needs of the dynamic business environment while creating spaces for people to work, live, shop and build community.
