Dear Colleagues,
As we begin the new term, we wanted to remind you that PSU has joined the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD) as an Institutional Member. The NCFDD is an independent faculty development center dedicated to supporting academics in making successful transitions throughout their careers and the Institutional Membership provides all faculty, postdocs, and grad students with access to NCFDD’s member resources.
As an Institutional Member, you have access to the following resources at no cost to you:
  • Weekly Monday Motivator
  • Monthly Core Curriculum Webinars
  • Monthly Guest Expert Webinars
  • Access to Multi-Week Courses
  • Access to Dissertation Success Curriculum for graduate students
  • Private Discussion Forum for peer-mentoring, problem-solving, & moderated writing challenges
  • Monthly accountability buddy matches
  • Access to 14-Day Writing Challenges
  • Access to the Member Library that includes past webinar materials, referrals, and readings
You can find more information about NCFDD on the PSU National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity webpage including instructions on how to activate your PSU sponsored membership. Once you complete the registration process and receive the “welcome email” from NCFDD, you can register for upcoming trainings and review the webinar library for recordings of past trainings. We’re excited to offer our faculty, postdocs, and graduate students the opportunity to participate in NCFDD’s unique form of mentoring and career development. If you have any technical questions, please email NCFDD at Membership@FacultyDiversity.org
Best,
