...And Big News from BTS
There have been lots of changes around here in the past couple of months, including our newly redesigned website, our brand new logo (pictured at right) and new members of our Advisory Committee!
The BTS Advisory Committee is drawn from the business and residential communities in and around Bethesda. The Committee serves to advise and assist BUP and the Montgomery County Department of Transportation in addressing local traffic concerns and help the community.
One new member is Carla Young, who works as an Assistant Property Manager for Aldon Management and represents the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce on the Committee.
Carla has been at her job for two years, but has worked in property management for years. In her position, in addition to her leasing and managing duties, she also plans and coordinates events, which parlays nicely into her "passion for marketing and event planning."
In addition to working in Downtown Bethesda, Carla has been a resident of Bethesda for the past four years, which means she can experience Bethesda from both a "resident's and employer's point of view."
Carla is excited to join the Advisory Committee because she has also loved Bethesda, starting with visits to the Downtown area when she was younger.
In addition to Carla Young, we are excited to welcome Sal Attanasio, Michael Catudal, Meagan Sexton, and Steve Teitelbaum.
We would also like to thank the following members for their six years of service on the Advisory Committee: Diane Yochelson, Allison Lazare, and David Storper.
