Coronavirus/COVID-19 Addendum
The new Coronavirus/COVID-19 Addendum was released by the Arizona Association of Realtors in late March. The Addendum was created in an effort to help address the uncertainty of potential quarantines caused by Coronavirus.
With our current reality of social distancing, many agents have adjusted the way they show homes to help their buyers. This adjustment includes photos, videos or live feeds within the home. This shift has prompted the MLSSAZ to revise the rules around “Showing Instructions”.
