Note from the Dean
I have been reflecting on Owen history this summer, as we launch a major expansion of our building and celebrate the 50th reunion of our first graduates. Last week, I had the great pleasure of celebrating with Evelyn Richmond on her 100th birthday. A longtime member of the Owen family, she was at Dean Sam Richmond’s side during an important time of growth in the 1980s. It is exciting to be renovating and expanding Owen’s first permanent home that Dean Richmond built on 21st Avenue. Sam would be proud in many ways today as we move forward — expanding our programs, rising in the rankings, and building a new home that embraces the business community.

Best,
Eric
