UTA recently hosted the 2025 Glass Art Society Conference, “Trailblazing New Traditions,” attracting hundreds of glass artists, curators, educators, and scholars from around the globe. Two recent UTA graduates, Phoenix Sanders and Isabella Posca, were selected to serve as presenters. The presentation explored the history of glass in photography and demonstrated two 19th-century techniques for creating photographic images on glass. UTA offers a Bachelor of Fine Arts in art with a concentration in glass and a Master of Fine Arts in art with a glass track. Read more.
