I am pleased to announce BELL Construction Company has expanded our Heavy Highway/Civil Division (formerly Transportation Operations) to provide our clients with more in-depth Civil services. With this expansion, we welcome Chris Bagley as Civil Division Manager. In this role, he manages the day-to-day operations of the Civil division, performing heavy civil grading and utility work.

Meet Chris Bagley: BELL’s Civil Division Manager

BELL Construction is pleased to announce Chris Bagley as the newest addition to our management team. With more than 20 years of experience, Bagley leads the expanding Civil Division. He brings a wide array of certifications, including Licensed Master Plumber, Licensed Fire Sprinkler Contractor, and Licensed Professional Engineer. Bagley has a “proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and on budget in both public and private sectors across multiple markets,” said John Thayer, Executive Vice President, BELL Building Division.

BELL progresses on Novo Antioch project

The Civil Division has begun construction on Novo Antioch, a new 9-acre multifamily development located in Antioch, Tennessee. BELL has been contracted to do sitework, utility work, paving, curbing, retaining wall work, clearing and blasting on this project. We are also responsible for underground utilities for this development such as public and private water, sanitary sewers, domestic water lines and fire sprinkler lines.
