National Tournament Vaccination Exemption Request Forms
|
|
|
Exemption request forms are available for attendees to download. The application system will not open until early April, meaning attendees cannot submit exemption request forms at this time. We have made the forms available in advance so attendees know what to expect and to allow ample time to collect the necessary information to complete the form.

Apply for Financial Support for Nationals
|
We are proud to pledge $100,000 to schools in 2022 to create a more equitable National Tournament experience. Coaches can apply for financial support for their team to participate in the online or in-person Nationals. Funds are available for both technology and travel/lodging expenses. We will award the first round of grants around May 15. Please apply early as we anticipate funding will go quickly.

Celebrating New Charter Schools
|
Becoming a charter chapter is the highest honor for high schools in the NSDA. A chapter is chartered after enrolling either 25 or 50 degrees within a three-year period of membership, depending on the size of the school. Charter status must be maintained with degrees over time. When a school becomes a charter, they receive a special plaque and a letter to their administrator celebrating their dedication and success.
