personnel updates

The implementation team welcomed Jennifer Vines as a project coordinator in early September.

Developers Jessie Walker and Binghan Zheng have joined the A&S Strategic Plan implementation effort, and Bhavna Hirani will begin as senior research development associate in late November. The three hires will support multiple signature initiatives.

David Piston joined the Center for Quantum Leaps as a co-lead.
