In 2015, Metro Arts completed its strategic plan, Crafting a Creative City, which envisioned the opportunity to reimagine public art as a tool for creative community investment, citizen engagement and neighborhood redevelopment.
Metro Arts is currently embarking on one of the key follow-up steps, a long-term strategy for our public art program, which we are calling a Public Art Community Investment Plan
