NARRATIVES OF JUSTICE Best-selling novelist Tayari Jones was on campus last week to deliver the spring Pierce Lecture in Public Affairs and the Arts. Known for her portrayal of African American experiences in the South, Jones sheds light on fractured family relationships in her writing, particularly showcasing the impact of unjust systems on families.
