Open Enrollment Starts July 10 |
From July 10-31, you have the chance to enroll in or modify your health and insurance coverage for FY25. Please note that July 31 is a firm deadline that cannot be extended. This is the exclusive period to adjust your coverage, select new benefit options or renew your flexible spending accounts without needing to show a qualifying life event.
Join us on July 16 for the Open Enrollment Vendor Fair open to all Texas A&M University faculty, staff, graduate assistants and retirees from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Innovative Learning Classroom Building on our main campus. This fair is an excellent opportunity to connect with Benefit Services, insurance providers, program vendors and university organizations.
Additionally, virtual open enrollment meetings will be held on July 2 and July 19, offering additional opportunities to learn about your options and make informed decisions about your benefits. Don't miss this crucial period to secure the coverage that best suits your needs.

Meet Henry Clark, a distinguished accelerator physicist at Texas A&M University's Cyclotron Institute in College Station. With an impressive career spanning 27 years, Clark has been pivotal in delivering cyclotron services for research, testing and experimentation to more than 200 commercial aerospace companies, such as NASA, various Department of Defense agencies and numerous universities. His unwavering dedication has cemented the institute's reputation as a premier location for space electronics testing.
Clark’s passion extends beyond his professional endeavors to the swimming pool. Once a world-ranked swimmer, he has spent more than two decades coaching the Aggie Swim Club alongside his wife, Shannon Clark. Their commitment to the sport and to nurturing young talent was recently honored with their induction into the Texas Swimming and Diving Hall of Fame and celebrated at an awards ceremony this spring.
His favorite aspect of Texas A&M is the enduring Aggie Spirit, characterized by a commitment to helping others succeed. This ethos is evident in his professional and personal life. His philosophy of "paying it forward" through teaching, coaching and volunteering reflects the core values that make him an invaluable asset to both the Cyclotron Institute and the wider community.
If you have a passion for swimming like Clark, learn more about classes and events offered through Living Well.
