As we head into the end of the ski season, one of our teammates has a big event on the horizon. If you did not know already, our very own Keri Reid is expecting. We are all very excited and cannot wait to meet the new addition.

The Okemo EpicPromise Community Team is collecting socks for the month of February to be donated to local organizations to support our neighbors in need.

Drop Off locations can be found in the SSB, Mtn Ops, Ski & Ride office, the JG Front office and the admin office.

We want you to stay for summer with us – so we’re giving our current team members exclusive access to apply for summer positions first! Summer opportunities are being posted on a rolling basis for current employees only. Talk to your manager to find the job that’s right for you and apply on the internal job board. Current employees are also eligible for prioritized employee housing; submit an application by March 20 to be considered.  

We have exciting upgrades coming for our guests next fall and we’re thrilled to share that news with you. We are launching Mobile Pass and Mobile Lift Ticket technology, within a new app, My Epic, to support an even better guest experience on the slopes. We announced this unique innovation today alongside the news that Epic Passes for the 2023/24 season will go on sale March 7. Learn more about the features that will enhance the guest experience starting next fall.  

Gender equality in our workplace and in our industry is incredibly important to us at Vail Resorts. March is Gender Equality Month around the world and Women’s History Month in the US. We are so proud of the many female leaders and team members who have shaped our company and our traditionally male-dominated snowsports industry.

This month, we will share some of their stories. From Kirsten Lynch, our company’s first female CEO and the only female CEO among Travel & Leisure companies listed on the 2021 Fortune 1000 list, to the women who lead our resorts as general managers and chief operating officers, we’re on a journey to create gender equality in the workplace.
