Club Leader Updates 

April 25, 2024

The "Let's Go To The Fair" 4-H Family Orientation is Monday, April 29th at 6pm at Washington County Fair Park. At this time, just 18 of our families signed up. 

We extended the registration deadline to April 25, and sent out one more email to all 4-H families encouraging them to register. We are hoping for a great turnout at this event! The "Let's Go To The Fair" event is a wonderful opportunities for our families to get their questions answered directly by Fair Park staff about all things Fair!!

Washington County 4-H Summer Camp is June 13-16, 2024, at Upham Woods

The Leaders Board has generously donated funds to cover the costs of camp including room & and meals for camp volunteers, supplies, and bussing. NEW THIS YEAR: This donation also includes the traditional ‘Camperships’ which have been applied prior to camp to lower the registration fee for all 4-H members.

As the County Fair is quickly approaching:

The Fair Park office would greatly appreciate your cooperation in getting the following information to us by June 14th, 2024.

If you are paying through your club any exhibitor fees and/or season wristbands, we would appreciate knowing as soon as possible to make the entry process run smoother this year.

If you already know who you will be paying fees and/or season wristbands for in your club it would be great to have a detailed listing of this also.

Also, please do not forget a listing of Adult Volunteer passes.
