Annual Holiday Gift Card Sale

It is hard to believe the holidays are just around the corner. That means it is time to kick off our Annual Restaurant Gift Card Sale.  This year, we have two easy ways to purchase Gift cards.Order Monen and Lindley Gift Cards: https://normalpark.kindful.com/  See the attached graphic for details, but we want to reiterate how important it is for you to enter the additional information on restaurant group and how many at what amount in whichever option you use. (Example: Monen Group: 5 cards @ $50) and then enter $250 in the amount to pay.) On Venmo, you can group both campaigns in one payment with a description. On Kindful, you will purchase from the 2 different restaurant group campaigns.

**Market South Cards:  Due to the partnerships of Market South, this is a separate gift card!
On Venmo: List it separately from the others (even Monen) and list number of cards and amount of card. On Kindful: This will be a separate listed campaign.

Be Informed, Be Involved, and Be Heard

If you want your voice heard, we highly recommend that you take some time to fill out the below survey. The southern region recommendations directly impact Normal Park.
Community survey is now open for MGT facilities study for Hamilton County Schools
Factors considered in the MGT facilities audit preliminary report included each schools' enrollment, capacity, utilization, physical condition, educational program suitability, and technology infrastructure.  MGT will include community input from the survey responses, and community meetings to finalize the company’s recommendation.

The community can access the survey at https://mgtamer.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_ePyWdfHlUaBgUVn  The survey will be open until Sunday, December 15.  The survey will include some details to explain current recommendations from MGT in the survey.

The community meetings will be held in each of the Learning Communities in the district and will be open to the entire community.  The meetings will provide information about the MGT preliminary plan and allow those attending to respond to questions electronically during the meeting.  You can select the meeting that best fits your schedule.

The community meeting dates are:
December 3
Hixson High, 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Harrison Elementary, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

December 4
Lookout Valley Middle/High Schools, 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

December 5
Dalewood Middle, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
East Brainerd Elementary,  6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

MGT’s Preliminary Report is simply a first look at current facilities using an assessment of building conditions and capacity, enrollment, projected growth, and technology readiness. The information is not a final report, has not been presented to the Hamilton County Board of Education as a final report, and is not an approved Hamilton County Schools facilities plan. The Hamilton County Board of Education has not approved a final facilities plan for the school district.
