Kazim’s practice focuses on trade secret, patent and trademark litigation, as well as breach of contract and business tort cases. He has particular expertise in prosecuting and defending claims brought under the California Uniform Trade Secrets Act (CUTSA), Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA), and other state trade secret laws. In addition to assisting Associate Director of Student Services and DEI, Alejandra Hernandez, I am the President of the Middle Eastern and North African Law Students Association (MENALSA) and Co-President of the Women in Entertainment Law Society (WELS).
