We are writing to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding work that you all did during this past winter season. Your tireless efforts and dedication have made this season a huge success, and we wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything you have done.

Your commitment to ensuring that all of our guests had an exceptional experience on the mountain did not go unnoticed. From the very beginning of the season, it was clear that you all had a deep passion for skiing and riding, and that you were eager to share that passion with everyone who visited our resort.

Your professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail have been crucial to the success of our ski and ride school. We have heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests, who have praised your patience, kindness, and enthusiasm. Many of them have even commented that they have learned more from you than they have from any other ski or ride school they have attended.

We are incredibly proud of everything we have accomplished this season, and we know that it would not have been possible without your hard work and dedication. You have all gone above and beyond to make our guests feel welcome and comfortable, and to provide them with the tools they need to become better skiers and riders.

Thank you once again for a wonderful season. Your commitment and dedication to our guests have truly made a difference, and we are grateful for all that you have done. We look forward to working with you all again in the future!

Summer opportunities for Okemo have been posted. As of now only internal Okemo employees may apply to these openings. Talk to your manager to find the job that’s right for you and apply on the internal job board. 

If you are 100% positive you will be returning to work with us next season, you are welcome to hold onto your uniform or if you do not want to hold onto it yourself, put your washed and dried gear in a bag with your name and employee number on it and we will set aside for you for next season.

We are half-way to a team!  Please join us if you'd like to play softball this summer?  Teams of at least 10 members, at least three of the opposite gender on the field.  Games are on Mondays & Wednesdays evenings June 26 - August 21.  If interested send Diane an email and we'll get a team together!

With warmer temperatures and longer days on the horizon, we want to remind you that wellness resources are available as you prepare to wrap up your winter season with us. Spring is a great time to catch your breath and reflect on your accomplishments over the winter. All year-round and seasonal team members going on Seasonal Inactive Status (SIS), can continue to access free and confidential mental health resources through Epic Wellness. You can get 24/7 mental health support by calling (800) 873-7138 or you can complete the Digital Intake.

Together with the EpicPromise team, we are excited to share our passion for building inclusive communities with you. Events throughout the year are anchored to our company values, our communities and our team members. Examples of upcoming events include celebrating Earth Day in April and Pride month in June.

This winter we prioritized the guest experience with lift upgrades and investments in the on-mountain experience. As we look ahead to the 2023-24 season, we’re excited to continue our Epic Lift Upgrades with projects already underway from Attitash in New Hampshire to Park City in Utah, and others in between.
