8 oz. Stove Stop
3 C. Cooked Chicken
1/2 C. Melted Butter
12-16 oz. Frozen Vegetables
2 Cans Cream of Chicken
2 T. Onions
1 Soup Can Milk
Pastry for 2 Double Pie Crusts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix the melted butter with stuffing. Place some of the mix in the bottom of each crust. Mix together remaining stuffing mixture, soup, milk, chicken, veggies and onion. Pour into the pie crusts. Add the top crust and crimp edges. Put slits in top crust and cover edges of crust with 3 inch strip of aluminum foil; remove foil during last 15 minutes of baking. Bake until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust 40-50 minutes.

Note: This makes 2 pies. I usually bake one and freeze the other.
