This week will bring us the beginning of Niagara fruit season! Look for sweet cherries, mulberries, green gooseberries (not entirely ripe compared to the blush gooseberries) and raspberries from Warner's Farm in Niagara.

Oak Manor organic flours and grains available this week

In the summer you likely bake less, we have pickups more often and we ask that you stock up on some suppliers' products to make deliveries worth their while. Order all the organic grains and flours you need for summer baking this week! Why not bake with cherries?

Items to look for:

Snider's Pork Sausage tastes so great on the BBQ! Country Style, Garlic or Italian spices available
More shelling and snap peas are available!
Pickling cucumbers from Lester and Irene Brubacher
Sweet Cherries, Mulberries, Green Gooseberries and Raspberries from Warner's Farm

Ambrosia Pastry Co. has a July S’mores Contest!

Take a selfie of you and your S’mores made using Ambrosia chocolate and/or marshmallows. Get creative with your photos and be sure to describe your S'more!

Post your photo to Ambrosia Pastry Co. on facebook, twitter or send them an email to win! Ambrosia will post the photos in a contest album and the winner will be picked by Ambrosia fans.

What will you win? A $20 gift card that can be used to buy Ambrosia products at Bailey's Local Foods or Saturdays from 10-3 at Ambrosia's 150 Roger St., Waterloo location!
