All female high school students are invited to enroll now for the RTSWS Spring Mentorship.

During the mentorship, you will be paired with a mentor - a female financial professional - and work with her on developing your confidence, providing accountability for your goals, discovering your interests and exploring professional aspirations. They will meet with you appproximately twice per month at your school.

• By participating, you will be invited to apply to their 2024 Spring Intern role which is a month-long virtual internship and interview opportunity for our 2025 full-time Analyst role.
