Aspiring Junior Chefs, ages 10-17, and their Grown-Up Sous Chefs take over the kitchen in a live cooking challenge at the Save Mart California’s Kitchen! Junior Chefs will create and prepare an original recipe with a California twist in one of three exciting rounds.

The California State Fair Farm presented by Save Mart is three and a half luscious acres celebrating the importance of agriculture and food production in California. Stop by the fruit stand to purchase fresh produce, get up close and personal in the insect pavilion, and then take a stroll in the nearby California Forest Center.

Enjoy all the amazing shows at the Horse Arena with Cavalcade of Horses! Tuesday, July 25, brings the Red Carpet Riders at 2 pm, Mamas & Babies at 3 pm, Tennessee Gliders at 4 pm, International Carousel of Breeds at 5 pm, then enjoy the Drill Team & National Anthem at 6:30, and lastly the Mane Event: A Tail As Old As Time at 7 pm.
