Can Democracies Beat Climate Change?

Untold Stories of the Conservation Movement: Race, Power, and Priviledge

Professor Dorceta Taylor, Professor of Environmental Justice at the Yale School for the Environment, will give a talk on racial and power dynamics in the history of conserationism. STS Office Hours

SSO Office Hours are Monday through Friday: 9:30-11:30 am & 1:30-3:30 pm. Dominique, will be in the STS office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and remote on Tuesdays and Fridays:

Your Curriculum File Is Now in Google Drive

Your curriculum file has been moved from Box to Google Drive. Please reach out to Dominique directly if have not received a link to your Google file. Please note you only have viewer access to this file (just like Box) and you'll need to fill out the appropriate forms to have updates made to your curriculum.

STS Grading Policy

The STS program is returning to its original grading policy and will require letter grades for Autumn 2021 and beyond. CR, Pass, CR grades from Spring 2020 - Summer 2021 will be accepted, however, any CR, Pass, S grades before Spring 2020 will not be accepted. Contact Dominique if you have any questions.

Current STS Majors Forms

In 2021 we updated our website which included improving our student forms! Any changes you'd like to make to your curriculum will require a form. Please refrain from sending updated word documents or requests via email as all change requests and curriculum updates must be tracked in our system.
