Downtown Bethesda Bike to Work Day 2017
The sun was smiling down upon the 2017 Downtown Bethesda Pit Stop. Nearly 500 cyclists checked into the event, and we had amazing event partners and prize donations! Click here to see photos of the event!

We still have t-shirts, and there's one here for you if you came to the pit-stop but didn't get one.

Sizes available are Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large, while supplies last. Come on in and ask Allison in the front office for your preferred size.

Ride On Announces New Bus Service This Fall - Ride On extRa!
This October, you will be able to hitch a ride on the new limited-stop, higher speed service on Rockville Pike (MD-355) called the Ride On extRa. The service will run at 12-stop route from the Lake Forest Transit Center to the Medical Center Metrorail Station, just North of Downtown Bethesda. Click here to learn more about Ride On extRa!
Bike to Work Day Grand Prize Winner: Karin Garner
Karin Garner won the grand prize drawing for the bike from Griffin Cycle, and for the first time in Bike to Work Day history, our Grand Prize winner was present and able to be formally presented with her prize by the fantastic staff from Griffin Cycle! Congratulations Karin and thanks again to Griffin Cycle!
National Bike Challenge - Happening Now!
So...you biked to work on Bike to Work Day. Great job! Now what?
Try joining the National Bike Challenge!
Between May 1 and September 30, ride your bike and track your miles to earn points. You can see how you stack up against other participants nationally, or you can join with your office or school. There is still plenty of time to put some points on the board!
There will be webinar for employers and organizations on Monday, June 5 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Learn more about how to form a group and participate! Click here for more information and to register for the webinar!

Bicycle Master Plan Meetings
Montgomery County Park and Planning will be holding several meetings to discuss preliminary bikeway recommendations.
The meetings are all from 4:00-9:00 p.m. and will take place at various places around the County. Location information for each meeting is in each RSVP link.
