Improving Response to Mental Health Crisis
|
CSU has received a three-year grant of just over $367,000 from the Federal Government to better assist students experiencing a mental health crisis. The university will use the money to adapt how we respond to students in crisis, including providing a mental health assistant to ride along with CSU Police.

CSU Home to the largest Indian classical music festival outside of India
|
This year’s Cleveland Thyagaraja Festival will take place April 5 – 16 at Waetjen Auditorium in the Music and Communication Building. The 12-day festival draws fans, competitors and performers (as well as their friends and family) from all around the world and has been central to Cleveland’s musical identity since 1978.

Anita Ruf-Young Receives Prestigious David Hoch Memorial Award
|
Director of CSU’s Office of Civic Engagement Anita Ruf-Young has been named a recipient of the prestigious David Hoch Memorial Award. Ruf-Young works with students, faculty, and staff at CSU to encourage citizenship and strong communities by building partnerships.
