Shakti kids and families are invited to explore, learn, grow, and create with us through yoga classes, art, ‘play’ shops, sing-alongs, and puppet shows, in our expanded Kids Land experience.  Grab your little tribe to join us!

Johanna is known for something she created after being in a horrific car accident. Called "Lullaby Yoga," it focuses on blending restorative and yin yoga with heart-opening live music which is body and soul restoring.
