After recently hosting our first in person user group since the fall of 2019, it’s clearer than ever how much we value the connections we have with each of you. It also underscores the importance of the ‘Customer Spotlight’ as an avenue for showcasing members within the amazing Equinox community.
Randy Lemmo has been active in every step of his company’s journey with TeleLink—from initial selection, to deployment, and all user group meetings since day one. In fact, Randy’s first attendance in Nashville occurred before system deployment, and for the last two user groups, he presented sessions. Randy explains that “the online user group had valuable content, but the in-person meeting simply can’t be beat. The interaction with other users is invaluable, and the discussions really sparked my interest in TeleLink’s revenue assurance and pivot reports.”
In his current role of SVP of Operations, Randy oversees the company’s legacy network, variable cost for toll-free purchasing, and LCR (least cost routing) initiative. Since variable costs represent a significant amount of the organization’s expense, he relies heavily on TeleLink for efficient purchasing and uses the system or its data every day. According to Randy, “TeleLink puts the power in my hands...routing assurance happens with the click of a button. TeleLink gives us confidence we are billing out what hits our network; it’s a reliable repository and single source of truth. We rely heavily on the automated notifications to ensure that we are capturing every billable minute on the network.”

Born in Ohio as the 5th of 6 children, Randy now lives in Ponte Vedra, Florida with his wife Jennifer, 15-year-old son, and 12-year-old daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family which consists of trips to the nearby beach, watching movies, Top Golf, and relaxing at the neighborhood pool. Randy is also the assistant coach of his daughter’s softball team.
