Hello Parents of Boarding Students,
Each year, Phillips Academy partners with Collegeboxes to provide a solution for boarders who need to store their items over the summer. Collegeboxes will pick up items, place them in storage, and deliver them to your child’s 2026-2027 dorm room just before the start of the school year. Deliveries to college or the student’s home are also possible. There are costs associated with this service.
NOTE: Student belongings cannot remain on campus over the summer.

Important Dates and Information: |
- Wednesday, May 27 – for ALL Students
- Thursday, May 28 – for ALL Students
- Friday, May 29 - ONLY for SENIORS and those participating in Commencement

Supply Kit Deliveries and Deadlines
|
- Thursday, May 14 – first delivery of ordered supply kits (boxes) to the dorms.
- Wednesday, May 20

Last day to sign up for Collegeboxes (No sign-ups accepted after this date)
- Friday, May 22
- Second/Final delivery of ordered supply kits

- Be sure your child enters their CURRENT dorm and room for pick-up location.
- Be sure the STUDENT’S name (NOT the Parent’s) is listed on the order.
- All boxes must be packed and ready to go by 7 A.M. on the pickup date. Students should finish packing the night before.

- We will provide your child’s 2026-2027 dorm and room to Collegeboxes; you DO NOT need to enter this information. Items will be delivered to dorm rooms before students arrive on campus.

We understand that it may be difficult for your junior, lower, or upper student to have their items picked up a day or 2 before the end of term but Collegeboxes must complete their retrieval of all items by Friday, May 29.
