Despite unforeseen challenges, the Class of 2023 has achieved a 92% overall employment and graduate education rate. The 382 graduates from 36 countries can now be found all over the world, with 69% choosing to work or study in places other than their home countries.

Over the years, NYU Shanghai's TESOL program has consistently refined its curriculum and expanded its faculty. Last year, Professor Liang Jiansong joined as the program's new co-director alongside Professor Kentei Takaya. • A delegation of 31 young scholars from Harvard University visited NYU Shanghai on January 19 as part of the 2024 China Trek, organized by the Greater China Society, a student organization at Harvard Kennedy School. The representatives toured campus, met with leadership, and engaged in a conversation on academic, cultural, and personnel exchanges.
