Roswell Approves Land Purchase for New Park |
Exciting news out of Roswell! On June 23, the Roswell City Council approved the purchase of approximately 24 acres at 365 Hardscrabble Road to create a new city park. The land will be combined with an adjacent 25-acre city-owned parcel on Chaffin Road to form what will become a 49-acre green space.
The park will be named The Edwin and Nelda Spruill Park, honoring the legacy of the land’s most recent owners. The $7.5 million acquisition underscores the city's long-standing vision to enhance recreational spaces and preserve green infrastructure.
With growing investments in parks and transportation safety, Roswell is taking strategic steps to support a more vibrant, accessible and connected community.

Milton: A Top Choice for Families |
Milton continues to shine as one of Georgia’s premier communities for families, and for good reason. With top-rated schools, a strong sense of safety and a scenic, small-town atmosphere, Milton offers a quality of life that’s hard to match in the greater Atlanta area.
Families are especially drawn to Milton’s award-winning public schools as well as excellent private and charter options. These academic offerings, combined with a wide array of outdoor recreation opportunities, create a well-rounded environment for raising children.
Whether you’re seeking strong schools, a safe place to grow or the charm of a connected community, Milton remains one of Georgia’s most sought-after places to call home.
