Local meals! Some Organic Strawberries available!
Today my kids made quesadillas for lunch. they used tortillas from Taco Farm, with a bit of sunflower oil from Mat's Fine Oils (time to order more!) and a mix of Monterey Jack and Colby Cheese from Millbank Cheese inside. We had Empire apples from Martin's Family Fruit Farm on the side. Now I need to clean up the kitchen!
