Reminder that Club Leaders are responsible for collecting and submitting your club members’ Record Books to the Extension Office by September 2, 2025. Please fill out the Club Record Book list 2024-2025 and turn in with your club’s submissions to the Extension Office.

Annual Financial Report: due Sept 1st |
If your club has a checking or savings account, don’t forget to submit your Annual Financial Report and supporting documents to 4-H educator Ron Jakubisin by September 1. This keeps your club eligible for tax-exempt status under the UW Board of Regents.
Missing the deadline could mean losing that status, your funds, and even your club—so be sure to get it in on time!
