• 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm: Cooking Demonstration: Funnel Cake Shrimp

• 6 pm – 7 pm: Cooking Demonstration: Bodega Chefs Cook Caribbean

• 6 pm – 8 pm: Home Brew Helpdesk with Ray Hill, a certified beer Judge (BJCP)

SMUD Giving Monday at the Fair

11 am to 3 pm

The CA State Fair & Food Festival and SMUD are committed to our community and have partnered again in 2022 to help The Elk Grove Food Bank do its exceptional and critical work supporting those who are food insecure in the Sacramento region.

Bring three or more non-expired, nonperishable items per person. Come by any time between 11 am and 3 pm and receive a FREE same day admission ticket, courtesy of SMUD!
