On Wednesday, May, 9, at 8:30 p.m., the Department of Campus Safety received a report of a fondling that occurred at approximately 8:15 p.m., in Washington Square Park in Manhattan.
The complainant, an NYU student, reported that an unidentified individual grabbed their buttocks in Washington Square Park after the individual called them over. The unidentified individual remained in the park and the student exited.
No injuries were reported.
Description of Suspect:
The suspect was described as male-presenting and dark complexioned, thin build, approximately 50 years old, 5'-10" tall, wearing all black, and a grey beard.
