Immersive Leadership Experience Through UIFI |
|
|
|
|
This summer we were able to send two of our Greek students to the Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI) thanks to the Greek Leadership Fund. Morgan Myers (senior, Communication & Media Studies, member of Pi Beta Phi and Panhellenic President) and Uriah Williams (sophomore, Marketing, member of Lambda Chi Alpha and IFC Vice President of Community Engagement) went to Butler University in Indianapolis, IN, for a four-day, three-night, immersive leadership experience through UIFI.
The students were able to connect with fellow Greek students from across the country who challenged conventional wisdom, discovered new solutions to critical problems and accelerated progress in their fraternity/sorority community. A special thank you to all who have donated to the Greek Leadership Fund, who helped make this experience possible!

“UIFI challenged and inspired me in ways I didn’t expect. I left more confident in my presidency, reconnected to why I joined Greek life and empowered to lead with compassion while striving to be 1% better every day."
- Morgan Myers
"UIFI was a wellspring of ideas and inspiration from both staff and students. This opportunity was only possible because of our generous donors and serving as a vehicle for their investment was an honor I’m deeply grateful for.”
- Uriah Williams

Philanthropy Momentum Continues to Grow |
Our community keeps raising the bar when it comes to raising philanthropy dollars. During the 2025-2026 academic year, our chapters raised over $90,000 towards philanthropic efforts, which is a 13% increase from the previous academic year. A few highlights include Lambda Chi Alpha raising over $8,900 toward their new national philanthropy around men’s mental health and Zeta Tau Alpha raising over $18,000 towards breast cancer research.
Our chapters have also participated in local hands-on community service, including Phi Sigma Kappa reading to children at a local elementary school and Alpha Chi Omega's continued partnership with the Domestic Abuse Council. The Panhellenic Council also brought members of the community together to create encouraging goodie bags for elementary students about to take state testing.
We are so proud of all of our chapters working hard to give back to the community, both locally and nationally.

Launching The Ignite Series |

|
|
The Ignite Series, launched in Spring 2026 by FSL, offered interactive experiences that empowered fraternity and sorority members to grow, connect and lead.
Student leaders and faculty/staff advisors were welcomed to help facilitate the series. Three student leaders and one faculty/staff advisor selected the following topics for the community:
Abby Luck, Alpha Chi Omega — How to Have Difficult Conversations
John Devual, Delta Sigma Phi — Connecting Philanthropy Work to Purposeful Work
Joe Ademi, Pi Kappa Phi — Rebuilding Connection in Our Greek Organizations
Shannon Greeley '14, MBA '21, Alpha Xi Delta — Leading When the Dynamic Changes
Allyson Springstead '24, Kappa Alpha Theta — Risk Mitigation Conversations and Relationship Building
The series will continue this fall, with two students already reaching out to serve as facilitators and share topic ideas. Over 40 Greek members participated in the spring, and those numbers are expected to grow.

IFC: Greek Weekend Success |
|
|
|
| Earlier this spring, the Interfraternity Council brought the Greek community together for an action-packed "Greek Weekend" filled with friendly competition, team spirit and unforgettable memories.
Highlights included:
• Olympic-style games that challenged organizations to compete for bragging rights while building camaraderie.
• A vibrant Color War, where students raced through field-day games and celebrated with clouds of colorful powder.
The fun doesn’t stop there! IFC is already planning more events this fall to strengthen connections, build community and keep the momentum going across Greek life.
