Arrival
Water will be available for guests inside the Reggie Lewis Center. Guests seeking food and other refreshments prior to the ceremony are encouraged to support local business in the neighborhood. Food and beverages will be available at the reception immediately following the ceremony.
Tickets and Security
General admission guest seating opens at 9:00 AM. Please be advised that guests cannot enter the Reggie Lewis Center before 9:00 AM, and any early arrivals must wait outside on the exposed plaza. Graduating students have access to their electronic Convocation tickets and can either download or email them to guests. Guests can either present the QR code on their mobile device or print the tickets.
All guests will be required to pass through security. All persons, bags, and personal items are subject to inspection. No backpacks, luggage, or strollers of any type will be allowed on campus or at the Reggie Lewis Center. No bag or item larger than 12" x 12”x 12” will be permitted except for medical equipment.
Accessibility
Accessible seating is available for guests whose student requested accommodations in advance. Open captions are provided on the video screens at the Reggie Lewis Center and on the live stream. Guest shuttles from the parking area are accessible. If you have questions about accessibility, please contact convocation@hsph.harvard.edu.
Overflow and Live Stream
Overflow seating is available at Harvard Chan in Sebastian’s Café and Kresge ground floor classrooms. Convocation will be live-streamed on the Harvard Chan website. The live stream will begin at 10:15 AM.
