Good morning! Thousands of prospective students received their acceptance letters from Clemson University this week. The 2026 Social Media Week Conference takes place February 23-26; Campus Recreation is hosting 600 fitness instructors this weekend for an annual convention.

Clemson released 38,454 admission decisions on Tuesday, February 17, at 6 p.m. See some of the best reactions and get ready to meet some of the newest Tigers. This year's admitted class represents all 50 states and 73 countries, and includes 3,816 first-generation students.

TIGERTOWN THROWDOWN

Campus Recreation is hosting nearly 600 fitness instructors this weekend for the 2026 Southeast Collegiate Fitness Expo. The organization’s annual convention, dubbed “Tigertown Throwdown,” welcomes students and staff from 44 colleges and universities across the Southeast region.

The 2026 Clemson University Social Media Week Conference will take place next week from February 23-26. The conference is open to faculty, staff and students. Registration is encouraged but not required and participants may attend any events they choose.

STEM South Carolina is seeking college and professional volunteers for its "STEM Saturday" event on March 7 at Dr. Phinnize J. Fisher Middle School. Undergraduate volunteers who participate receive a $50 stipend.

Online sessions for the popular GIS Fundamentals Workshop Series begin February 27. This workshop series, held on Friday mornings, is streamlined to cover GIS fundamentals; no prior experience is necessary. Register to attend.
