HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
A New Year offers a time to reflect not only on the past 365 days but where we are in life. It presents the opportunity to dream big with what the next year holds for us. As we enter 2016, what do you hope to achieve?
As moms, our energy and thoughts tend to focus on our children and family. Let's take a moment to think about our own goals and aspirations. Factor yourself into the equation because you're worth it!
Take the time to write down your 2016 goals. There's a lot of power in the written word. Here are mine:
1) Create systems to simplify daily life and stay organized. ("Where are my keys??" is something I'd like to leave in 2015.)
2) Take 5 minutes each day to re-energize our minds and focus. (We do this at the end of our Body Back workouts with a brief mediation, and there's a lot of value in this mental reset.)
