It is hard to believe that the summer has gone and we are entering a new 4-H year. I will talk more about that but first wanted to share some updates about the weekly newsletter.
With the changes in staffing in the office, we are making some changes to the Friday Focus. If clubs or groups have items to share, they should send them by noon on Thursday to be included in that week’s issue. The articles should be sent to Marie at marie.witzel@wisc.edu
Also with the staffing, both Amber and Dawn will be doing some 4-H work. Neither of them are specifically supporting one institute in Extension, so if you have items you need, please send them to me and we will determine who will be working on that part of 4-H.
Additional updates this week -
Enrollment for the 2023-2024 4-H year has opened in 4HOnline. Reminder returning members need to re-enroll by November 15, 2023.
Annual financial reports were due on September 1st. Thank you to those clubs and groups who have submitted their reports, and/or have reached out to the office with more information. If your club still needs to submit a report, please do so as soon as possible, or call the office if you need assistance.
Cloverbuds and friends in grades K-2nd - Don't forget to register for the Wizarding World of 4-H series being held in October. Registration closes on September 11th! See the links below in the newsletter for more information.
