Library Closed for Renovations  |  Sami Logan Named Head Coach for Women's Flag Football  |   Inspiring Stories from Class of 2024 

Earlier this summer, the Library closed for renovations and has been relocated to A 311. Study spaces are available in A 311 as well as in the Writing Center, Student Success Center, Math Center, MESA Center, CAANAPI, and English Language Center. Please take advantage of the student centers for a quiet space to study! Check each center's web page for hours. 

Sami Logan has been named head coach of IVC’s women's flag football team. Logan was a multi-sport athlete in high school, playing basketball and softball before choosing to focus solely on basketball in college. Following her collegiate basketball career, which included reaching the NCAA Tournament, Logan decided to explore football during the COVID-affected times. She tried out and played for teams in both the X-League and the WNFC professional women's tackle football leagues. She began coaching flag football last year at Corona Centennial where her father has dedicated more than 25 years to coaching. Read More »

Mike Applegate was a pioneer in the accounting software arena back in the 1980's – and now he's paying it forward for Irvine Valley College (IVC) students.
