Everyone is warmly welcome to join webcast practices and teachings as best suits your schedule.
Ven. Khenpo Tsewang Rinpoche will offer teachings every morning during the 10am session. Also during the late mornng session, Rinpoche would like to have accummulation practice of the "Du Sum Sangye" prayer to Guru Padmasambhava.
For the afternoon sessions we will continue with Orgyen Menla and the other healing practices we have been doing since March.This wil include silent meditation sessions as well.
We will have tsok ceremonies on three special occassions during retreat: July 24 for Cho Khor Duchen, July 29 for Guru Rinpoche Day, and for the concluding practices on August 1. More detailed information on these festival days can be found below.

Friday, July 24:
• 3:30 - 5:45pm EDT- Chö Khor Duchen Practice
Saturday, July 25 to Friday, July 31:
• 8:00 am - 9:00 am EDT- Guru Padmasambhava, Buddha Shakyamuni, and Arya Tara Practice led by Lama Laia
• 10:00 am - Noon EDT- Pith Instructions from Ven. Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche & Dzogchen Meditation, Du Sum Sangye Accumulation Practice
• 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm EDT- Meditation on the Dzogchen Luminosity, Orgyen Menla & Dharmapala practice led by Ven. Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche
• 7:30 pm - 8:15 pm EDT- Heart Sutra Practice led by Lama Dragpa
Saturday, August 1
• 8:00 am - 9:00 am EDT Guru Padmasambhava, Buddha Shakyamuni, and Arya Tara Practice
• 10:00 am - 1:00 pm EDT Concluding teachings and dedication ceremony.
