Elected board director positions
The ballot will list 17 candidates for five open AOG board of directors positions, along with their submitted statements and biographies. The five candidates receiving the most votes by members will be elected to the board and take their seats in the spring. We thank all 17 candidates for raising their hands to serve our members and Association on the board of directors.
Member proposed changes to articles and bylaws
The ballot will also include proposed changes to the AOG articles of incorporation and bylaws. Members of the AOG, under Colorado law, have the right to propose changes to the governing documents of the organization. The members proposing changes to the articles and bylaws followed the process outlined in the AOG’s governing documents and have met all the requirements to have the proposed changes included in the ballot. Members will vote to approve or not approve these changes in the election.
