Detroit Lions Courage House Dinner

Join us for the 23rd Annual Detroit Lions Courage House Dinner Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Ford Field. Proceeds will support HAVEN's courageous efforts to end domestic and sexual violence.

Detroit Lions QB Matthew Stafford will be honored as the Ed Block Courage Award winner and Detroit Lions all-time great offensive lineman and author Lomas Brown will be recognized as the 2016 Ricky Sandoval Award recipient.

The holidays can be an exciting time of year, but for many families seeking services at HAVEN, it can also be difficult. Besides the normal stress of the season, survivors of domestic and sexual violence have added concerns about being able to provide even basic items to make the time special for their families.

Giving Tuesday is Coming!

Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.

This November 29th, join the movement and GIVE - whether it’s some of your time, a donation, gift or the power of your voice in your local community. Your donations make it possible for us to offer a variety of treatment and prevention programs such as our emergency shelter, counseling and support groups, social advocacy and much more at no cost to the survivors who turn to us.
