FIT4MOM is Turning 20! Come Celebrate with Us! 🎉 We're so excited to celebrate 20 years of #strengthinmotherhood that we're throwing the biggest Monday mashup class! We have a special throwback jam playlist to celebrate 2001 (the year it all began), a workout that is a mashup of all 3 of our stroller friendly class formats, snacks and goodies (for mom and babe), a super cute craft for the kids after class, and SO MANY GIVEAWAYS! We're here to welcome #ALLTHEMOMS  What to bring: A stroller (any will work as long as your kiddo can be safely buckled in), plenty of water, a workout/yoga mat (if you have one), stroller toys and/or snacks to keep those littles content, and a school supply donation  Not only are we celebrating FIT4MOM's 20th anniversary but we will also be celebrating our big kids heading back to school. In the spirit of that we will be collecting school supply donations for Communities In Schools*. Any mama who brings supplies for donation will be entered into our giveaway raffle! *Communities In Schools, Inc. provides kids in need with a complete set of school supplies, to help them succeed in their school year. They have provided us with a list of items needed. In an effort to put together complete sets of items, we have prepared a checklist.
